When looking for a specific bottle that cannot be found in any of your usual outlets, you might try asking for it. In my experience, stores are pretty good about ordering things that people ask for, though if it's not something that tends to sell well there might be some difficulty, especially for a smaller shop.

Another option that's sure to work is to order online. Hedges Family Estate has a Web site at http://www.hedgesfamilyestate.com/ and a link there that says "Shop" will take you to their online store.
